The unit works great so far and is very easy to use.

Since we have only had this for a few days, I can only speak on that- But I really like that our water is clean, I like the compactness of the system, I like the way the readouts work. The only negative is the smaller size of the water tank, As a family of four, we need run to run the filter process many times daily, But it is fairly fast and the alternatives are not good.: We were buying 4-6 gallons of water a week: expensive, bad environmental impact, a lot of work hauling the water. The refrigerator filter just didn't cut it and due to the age of the refrigerator, wasn't dispensing much water. *We researched this purchase extensively looking at many reviews on multiple similar products and feel like other than the smaller output, we made the right decision! Can't wait to change this "like it" review to "love it" as we use this more and get in the filtering groove! Less waste water than other RO units, easy install, great customer service. Purchased on Amazon, but company will extend extra warranty if you register with them.* note, make sure you seat the tap water tank and hear a click when you replace it. Follow flush directions on initial use and you should be great!

More convenient than any system Ive ever owned. Just replaced filters 1 and 2, costs are reasonable, and replacement is super easy. In fact, they have an updated design where the filter reset buttons are even easier to access now. The thing thats really super is the speed at which it processes the water - so fast!
Support is great, fast email response times!
Next version wishlist:
- Filters changed from the front instead of the back access.
- Filter reset ability from front instead of back.
- Move drain to front and obscure/ hide it behind the overflow tray.
- Clarify if filter monitor is based on timer (less desirable) or dynamic based on a combination TDS meter + amount of actual water processed (far more desirable).
- Integrate external power brick to internal to the chassis.
- Create a small lip around the back so that the power cord doesnt obstruct unnecessarily the device going flush against the back kitchen counter wall.
- Primary power control from front instead of back.

After about 2 months in, it is working great! No issues with the touch display. Water is processed fast. It automatically re-fills the clean water tank inside as needed which is awesome. Water tastes great! Went from about 500-700 TDS to around 30.

Product is good, however I'm getting the double of ppm out. Even though the LED display says it's only 50ppm when I test it with my TDS it says 100 or more, I've been using this for some time and it's been always the same, double PPM's. I've also noticed that despite the fact that water gets highly concentrated, it always asks to replace the water after it gets to a certain level (when level is too low) instead of asking to replace the water when the PPM is over a specific concentration for instance 800ppm. Other than that the product works fine and saves a lot of water, although maybe the quality of it decreases due to the recirculating.

Overall, I love my RO Water Filter Machine. The taste and quality in water are so much better now. I love the convenience of transporting this unit as I love to travel and relocate often so having a permanent set-up installed in my home wouldn't be ideal. The design of the machine is easy to use. I like the different water levels [oz.] settings. Also, I like the fact that you can switch it to 'off' mode if you'd like from time to time. My only cons about the machine are that I wish it held more water in the tank. I consume about 80+ oz. of water daily so having to continuously refill the pitcher so often can be annoying, but I did know this prior to my purchase of this machine based on other Amazon reviews. I still went ahead and completed my purchase as I have not seen any other RO portable machines out in the marketplace. I AM A HAPPY CAMPER!!! :) Thanks so much FrizzLife

This is a great product, but I did run into an issue after replacing filters. The customer service was fantastic! They quickly responded and resolved the problem. I would definitely recommend buying from them.

This system has been like a lifesaver for me! There are issues with the water supply in my building and the TDS in the water is always in the range of 550-650. I was using the filters that you get for $20-$50 odd in the market or on Amazon but those did not work on this water and I was getting an allergic reaction due to the high TDS. With the COVID-19 situation, going out to purchase water frequently isnt a very safe option right now in my county. So, I had to get something that would purify water with such high levels of TDS and this product works amazingly well!! The output water has TDS in just 15-20 range. Ever since I have started using it, my allergic reaction to water is gone and I dont have to worry about drinking water any more. I have such a peace of mind now. I totally recommend this system to anyone out there looking to purchase a water purifier!!

I love this product. I purchased it back in January and waited until now to review it.
I love how compact it is and that, when needed I can use it at my house and take it with my on vacation to use then too. It works as featured and filters water more purely than some house installed reverse osmosis systems do. (Without the annoying headaches of proper draining, flipping switches, etc.)
The only two downsides: it is rather noisy when water is being processed. Theres no way around this, since the water needs to be pumped through the system and pumps make noise. Its just louder than I expected. (Most people probably wouldnt be bothered by it.). The other downside is the maximum distribution amount is 330ml. Most of my water bottles hold more than that, so it requires several button pushes to fill them. It would be nice if there was an option for continuous. Neither of these downsides are design flaws, though so not enough to lower my rating.

Its been about two weeks now, everything works very well. I had one issue I wanted to talk with support about and they were very responsive and helped out the same day. Everything works as expected now and the water is filtered well and doesn't taste bad. Thank you support for the help.
AK
Water tastes pure (vs our tap water- the reason for purchase). No scratches on front control panel during shipping. Sound from the machine isnt bothersome- a low hum no louder than typical noise of preparing food in our kitchen; its quieter than our Keurig coffee maker.
NB: product purchased 1 week ago

The unit has been a godsend. I hate dragging water to and from the store. I can now get reverse osmosis water from my countertop! I had a slight issue the other day, and I emailed the company. They got back to me in an hour very eager to help. I was back up and running shortly after. They have produced an awesome countertop RO unit and have the customer service to match!

Over the years I've use under sink RO and another brand of counter top RO. Biggest problem was leaking , often need to change the parts. I switched to zero water for many years, but the filters are expensive, doesn't last a month, and very unfriendly to use and bad for yhe environment. Finally switched to Frizzlife. We have only used it for a week, but loving it already. So much more convenient, efficient and no tubes and connectors to deal with so hopefully less prone to leaks. Very satisfied so far.

My wife and I got used to having a traditional RO tap at our sink at our previous home - it was great! Then, we decided to relocate to another state and live in an apartment for a year or two. Well, modifying plumbing in an apartment really isn’t an option. After doing some research, I came across a couple self contained units like Frizzlife. I settled on this unit because of the thoughtful design. I really enjoy the in/out real time TDS meters and filter life monitors. Anyway, I’ve had the unit for about a week now, and I have no complaints. The water tastes great - pretty standard RO water. I find myself refilling it constantly - we drink a lot more water when it doesn’t taste like awful tap water.
One note to think about for the company - many RO system providers are adding an additional polishing stage that adds back a little bit of minerals to the water. Increases the pH slightly and makes the water just a bit smoother. Would be interesting if you could add something like that to the next revision or a new model.
Flynn Roberts
The water taste incredibly clear and good after filtration. (Quality rates as high as other premium bottle brands). Had a problem with unit leaking but the customer support team is great and promptly responded with a solution. Love the water.
Aggie D.
Because of the corona-virus shut down, we were so thankful to find a reliable and convenient way to be able to have good tasting clean water in our apartment home. So far we are very happy with it's performance and Jessie of customer service has been knowledgeable, helpful patient and kind.
TJ
The machine is attractive and I had zero problems with the sensitivity of the panel, it worked perfectly. I had a small issue and the customer service is the best Ive ever encountered. They are very fast to respond -for me within the hour. They resolved my issues with zero fuss. I was very impressed with them.
Remy
I consider myself a water snob and this thing is the bomb! I keep telling my other hydrohomies to level up and buy one of these bad boys, cuz it sure beats refilling tanks at the grocery store.
*Dont forget to supplement with minerals if you choose to only drink RO water*
Pros:
- Looks good on my counter
- Super easy to setup and clean, portable enough to put wherever
-The water tastes amazing
-Its cool to see the TDS value from your tap water compared to the filtered output.
-Its impressive how little water is wasted with the recycling process
-The two 6 month filters have lasted me over 6 months with 2 ppl in my house drinking only filtered water during COVID quarantine
Cons:
-Its kinda loud while it is filtering, Id put it somewhere between a refrigerator and a drier in terms of loudness
-If you need to pour more than about 1000 ml, youll need to wait a few mins for the filtered water reservoir to replenish - dont expect to fill any 5 gallon jugs in a reasonable amount of time lol.
Barry Stamos
My boys are now drinking more water. Super easy to use and we only fill up once a day for a family of four.
R H
When looking for.a water filter, I researched and found R.O. filter indicates as the most effective. Countertop models are not that plentiful to pick from, and I chose this one....hoping my family would be happy with the flavor of water.
Not only are all 6 members of the family happy with the taste, the bottles we no longer recycle has been immense. The manufacturers recommend replacing the filters once a year, but my water supply is a higher rates to be filtered and I think I will be replacing at least 2 of the filters at 6 months. Still, since we rent,an under counter unit was out of the question. This unit is so easy to use and process water. There is little wasted water. The water that is left from the faucet is used for watering garden or.indoor plants. I am so happy with this filter, it was so worth the money.
Michael
We love this product. Only downfall - it doesnt fit under standard cabinets and is a but bulky but beats going to fill up our jugs of water at the grocery store weekly and the taste is great.
S.R.W
Excellent water taste. Excellent filtering capabilities. Perfect portable unit for clean water anywhere in the house. Would prefer a source water reservoir plus a waste water reservoir instead of the combined recycle reservoir.

This machine continues to produce tasty and clean water for us, day in and day out. The customer support has been fantastic for the few issues we've had this far, which were: 1) the original filling tank became hard to insert into the machine after about eight months, and 2) the touchscreen was not sensitive enough. They've replaced both for free, and also sent us some free filters! This company stands behind their products.
Original review continues below:
After discovering that our tap water is full of crap according to the EWG's Tap Water Database, we bought this machine.
As far as what this machine is intended to do, it works wonderfully at reducing contaminants in water. It's easy to set up, fast at filtering water, and the water itself is a lot better than what goes into the machine initially. I'd say we get 80% of the water we put in back out, before the TDS gets high enough that we need to dump out the remaining unfiltered water.
We add electrolytes and trace minerals to the dispensed water to avoid demineralizing our teeth.
The nitpicks I have are as follows:
1. The touchscreen can be hard to use; I sometimes spend 20 seconds pressing the dispense button before it will register my command;
2. I wish there was a way to disable the beep;
3. There was a slight plastic flavor to the filtered water at first, even after doing the recommended flushing procedure. This seems to have dissapeared after some use.
Again, these imperfections are tiny in comparison to the value in not drinking arsenic and the other toxic stuff in our tap water.

The best customer service ever! feel truly value from her. feel welcoming. Very friendly, fast response( respond in 24 hours for max, usually i get response right back as soon as i send) and stand by thier products. 100%satisfaction period.
For the product, this countertop osmosis is top notch. the size is perfect. not heavy and easy to relocating. No installation required. Easy to use. Advance technology, even have tds meter build in for water in and out. the water out mostly read under 10. the best countertop osmosis i have owned.
So happy to finally found this company!

UPDATE: We had an issue with one of the pieces of hardware that came with the unit. They were super responsive and replaced the faulty part with no cost to me. Great customer service, if I could bump it up a half a star I would!
We purchased this unit to replace an under-sink filter system that developed a leak and destroyed our entire cabinet base. I wanted a good RO system, and when I started research on them, I discovered how incredibly wasteful most RO systems are, with most of them dumping the wastewater back down the drain. This unit was appealing since:
1. It wasnt an underneath the sink unit so well know if problem or leaks develop sooner
2. It was a RO system that only wasted at a 5:1 ratio and even better the water was re-capturable and didnt just go straight down the drain.
We love the unit. The water tastes amazing, and l dont suffer the guilt of wasting water but get to use the waste water it generate to water the plants. Our kid can operate it easily and I love having somewhere besides the Sink that I can get water from.
It dispenses water either in pre-set volumes, or theres aa self-controlled setting. I love the pre-set volumes, and it feels great to set down your glass and it just pours you some awesome tasting water.
This really should get a 5 star, but heres whats keeping it from that:
Volume: Its really loud sometimes! When it fills up its internal tank the pump is very loud and it goes on for minutes each time. It has to pump most times you get water and is very annoying if you are trying to watch TV or read a book cause it sounds like a small motorcycle is running. Normally it just sits there, it is only when it needs to fill the unit that the pump is active and doesnt come on randomly during the day.
Cost Cutting Measures: The unit comes in a Cloth Bag inside its shipping box. I really like that part, but they dont protect the really nice plastic on the front with a clear sticker like most electronics do. That means that during shipping the cloth bag that its in has been rubbing against the shiny front plastic and my unit came out of the bag covered in micro scratches.
The Drip Tray is a two-piece plastic unit, but our drip tray does not have a good fit together and is hard to get to stay locked into where it seems they want the plastic to connect. Where the tray fits into the unit is also a little wonky.
Power Brick: The unit does not come with a normal power cord, but a two-piece power brick. In my kitchen it was hard to find an attractive way to hide a power brick. Theres also a lot of water/liquids that are thrown around in a kitchen, and having an exposed power brick isnt great.
In conclusion: This is a GREAT filter, the water tastes amazing and I dont feel guilty about wasting water like I would with most RO systems. The way it dispenses water is fantastic and my whole family loves it. At this price I wish they had nailed down the little things like power and a quieter motor, and the cost cutting measures force a 4 stars in what should have been a 5-star unit.

Great product and great customer service probably best I ever had to deal with .. if your looking for a reverse osmosis system all in one this is definitely the product to go with.. I did alot of research before picking the right one as their are a few in the market out .. now this might not have many YouTube reviews.. which made it hard to make my decision but after reading all the specs of this unit compared to the others I figured it was the best choice.. and after trying it out.. im 100% impressed with the water quality.. definitely an amazing product and there customer service is definitely amazing..
Castle Corp
It does exactly what it says it does. And it's very easy to use. Generally keeps the water between 22 - 40 ppm. Tastes super clean. Would recommend.
Alexander K.
I just set it up tonight and poured my first glass of water. Fantastic. Im very pleased with it. Tastes just like the Alkaline water I was buying from the grocery store in large plastic bottles that are bad for the environment and a pain to carry home. And the In TDS here in Chicagos tap water is in the mid 700s, with a noticeable metallic taste.
Love how easy the machine was to set up. The video with the QR code leading straight to YouTube was very helpful. Also love how simple the machine is youve got 3 buttons: more water, less water, and dispense / wake up. And it looks great with my fridge and cabinets!
RCG
The chlorine reduction is amazing! The rest I have to trust you, as I have no way of testing right now. I am still scared to drink the water without boiling, but I hope I will get over it eventually :) If anyone could offer some more peace of mind by explaining more about the system and answering my question I would really appreciate it.
Thank you

I purchased this water purifier due to the shortage of drinkable water at my local grocery stores due to Covid19, and needed a good, multi-stage, true RO machine that didnt need a plumber to install. This machine plugs in, fills up, and dispenses great tasting water in minutes. Easier to use then a simple coffee machine. No fuss! Love it!
Contacted the manufacturer, who is based in the US and they send me some spare/replacement parts in less then two business days. Outstanding customer support!
Will likely get their sink installed unit after this pandemic crisis subsided and use this unit for RV camping and emergencies.

This is a small countertop RO 4 stage water filter system and exactly what I wanted. There are other countertop RO filtration systems but most of them are not 4 stages or too tall for the countertop and may not fit my counter with the kitchen cabinets above. The PPM display is very helpful in seeing what's the sediments going in and what's coming out after the filtration. My input tap is around 300 ~ 400ppm hard water, the output I'm getting is around 25 ~ 45ppm, so that's pretty good. As the water container gets low, the input ppm will go up to around 800ppm, due to the water recycle feature, but the output ppm stays at around 45ppm, so the filters are working well. Also the individual filter life indicators are great so I don't have to do any guess work on how much filter life I got left. After a few month of using this my first 2 filters drops by 1 block, which I think is very efficient. The stage1 and stage2 filters should last around 6 months and the stage3 and stage4 should last around 1 year depending on how bad the input water is.
The pump make loud noise when it processes water, but i don't feel it's annoying and the bed rooms in our house are upstairs so doesn't really bother anyone. Even my wife who's sensitive and picky about noises is fine with it. To be honest, this a portable countertop system without the house water pressure pushing the tap water through the filters like how regular RO under the sink systems work, so it need a powerful enough pump to push the water through 4 stages of filters resulting in louder noises. In that sense, I don't think it is fair to compare it to under sink systems.
Overall, I think this is a good buy for people living in apartments or RVs that cannot install a under sink RO system. You want a stage4 RO system because it filters better and it doesn't deplete the expensive RO filters that fast. The only think I think they should add is an input line so people can attach a water input line instead of using the water container if they have a waterline close by making it super flexible.
CKE
I was skeptical at first. I agonized on why I spent so much money on a counter-top RO unit. I mean it doesn't even chill the water! Well.... after a few weeks of owning the Frizzlelife RO unit we bought a second one! This turned out to be one of our favorite purchases in the last few years. We love the flavor of the water - the ease of use - the filter life - really just about everything regarding this RO unit.
Notes -
- Set-up is super easy although it does take a bit of time. You have to cycle three full tanks of water through the unit prior to use. This is not hard, but it does take about 30 minutes (you can walk away you don't have to watch it)
- The touch screen is a bit finicky, especially if your fingers are dry. During the first few days, I found this to be incredibly annoying, but then I realize that if I just rubbed my finger against my forehead it would have enough moisture to register. Please note that this isn't a daily occurrence it mainly happens on dry winter days.
- The taste of the water is excellent. It definitely rivals any bottled water that you can buy at the store. As an added bonus you are not adding more plastic to the landfills.
- Remember RO is different from filtered water. Filters can remove larger particles, and some can remove bacteria, but RO units with 0.0001 filters can effectively remove bacteria and viruses from the water.
- I learned that room temperature water is usually cool enough to be pleasant.
- They recommend that you use water that has less than 400ppm of TDS (total dissolved solids) in the tank. If you use water that has a TDS greater than that it will lessen the life of the filters. So if you are on a well you may water to check your water prior to buying one of these units..
- It is not small, but it doesn't look bad on a counter-top. It has a nice simple elegance about it and it has about the same footprint as a Keurig.
- It is a little loud when it is cycling through the water.
- We usually replace the water in the tank when the unit shows that the incoming water (from the tank) is in the 300ppm range. We figure this will just help to preserve filter life.
Final verdict.... If you have a spot to put it, and you want a countertop RO unit, this thing is a no-brainer. Seriously, if you have a water source that is under 400ppm and you can live with room temperature water this thing will rock your world.

I just plugged it in and tried it, so far so good
The instructions are easy to use and the unit doesnt make that much noise, just a little humming while draining

Day 1: The product is quite convenient and easy to use. It may dispense up to 1.5L (one kettle worth) of clear water at a time.
My only concern is out TDS, which is ~50. I have expected ~5 like from under the sink RO system I had before.
Day 2: out TDS becomes 95ppm in the morning. I have mailed a support request. It lowered to 55 in the evening. Is something wrong with the RO membrane?
Month 3: got a small leak from the dispenser. Support being helpful sent a replacement unit, which is working well so far.

You can taste the love that was put into designing this system.
This does exactly what its suppose to do, and looks amazing while doing it. I am now a water snob...
My friends no longer want to hear me brag about my clean water...

I purchased this unit back in December and could not be happier with it! I was debating between this and the few other options on the market, and I think I picked the best one. Other units reviews complained of leaking and the filter replacement being a nuisance, but filling this tank with new water is a breeze and 10-15 seconds later it's good to go. The water tastes pure, which is exactly as it should being RO with low TDS. I do add a pinch of pink salt to get some minerals into the water, but the TDS before is almost always a 95%+ reduction from my tap. Highly recommended!

So excited to have filtered water at home! The machine is so convenient and easy to use and the water tastes great!

It has been around 3 months since I bought this machine. Still loving it !!!!!
The system is quite easy to set up. I was hesitating at first whether to buy this unit because I read a review mentioning about the taste. After using this machine, I would have to say I have no problem about the taste at all, the water tastes good, and doesnt taste any difference from the bottled water we've been using. Just make sure you dont drink the first 5 cups of water that come from this system for the first use.
I love the touch screen ! It will automatically goes dark after several minutes standby, which is a very thoughtful design. The touch panel is quite sensitive for me, just make sure you use your entire finger surface rather than fingertip to touch it. Actually I found one little trick, I can touch any button on the screen to stop dispensing water to avoid water overflowing, this is amazing!!
I really like the concept that I can clearly see my drinking water quality on the screen. I bought a TDS meter to make sure the TDS on the screen is reliable. Customer service people adviced me to test when the system is not working. I did so, the result confirmed that the TDS on the screen was quite close to the result on the TDS meter. BTW, Frizzlife has the best customer service ever, a good company that back on their products !
The system will be more wonderful if the filling tank can be larger. Finally, be careful when you want to move the system with water inside, otherwise water may spilt out. Best reverse osmosis system ever, I will recommend to everyone
Jeremy
Our city water is nasty! It has a strong chlorine smell and orange tint to it. This baby cleans it up completely!! No smell, clear, great tasting water come out of it. Simply plug it in, add the water to the pitcher insert and let it filter. In a few seconds later pure water comes out.
DustinS
The filter works great and was easy to set up, so no issues there. I responded to a request for feedback and mentioned that I loved the filter, but the touch controls were a bit unsensitive. It was a very minor point, but the customer service person responded immediately and at length, explained the reason for the sensitivity setting (which was intentional, no defect) and sent us a replacement touch controller which is more sensitive, along with video installation instructions! The new controller works great and I am so happy with the product. Thank you, Frizzlife!

Best water filtration i purchased I have several ones they don't compare thank you very much
? H A P P Y ?? S H O P P E R ? ???
Except for having to flush the system before use as with other RO systems, I didn't have to do anything else. Right after the flush, my new water filter is ready. It's not heavy for its size, a few pounds I'd say. So I plan to have it with me on my next road trip and don't have to rely on bottled water while on the go. It needs a power source but it uses little, so I can hook it up to my portable battery and to my car inverter too. The display tells me TDS and filter life at a glance. I can also choose how much water to dispense. Yet, whereas the selection buttons are very responsive, I figured out that the water dispenser button works flawlessly if I press my thumb flat against it. It somehow doesn't always register my index finger at times. As it comes to actual filtration, I checked my unfiltered municipal tap water with my TDS meter and I measured 240 ppm. Once I filtered it, I get a reading of 5 ppm on my meter and the display of the RO system tells me it's 2 ppm. So, I'm confident the meter of the filter itself is working as both readings are very close. And it transforms my smelly unpalatable, strongly chlorinated city water into water with a very clean taste and no smells.

I have gotten to use this machine for a few weeks now. My family loves it, its compact and sleek design are great. I like that the water tank is easy to remove and refill. The touch screen is easy to use. The water tastes great and i like that its stripping bad things out of the tap water. Id recommend and have no complaints

This machine has surpassed my expectations. The water quality is great and have very little water waste after filtration. It is great that it is a plug-in and go. Small enough to fit on our pantry counter but large enough that it fills several glasses of water before needing refilled. We plan to take it traveling and camping as well. It is serving its purpose now until we have a home RO machine placed.
Redlobster
The most powerful portable RO system I have found.
It is not comparable to the below the counter systems which reach up to 5 TDS with water that has above 200 TDS but to be a portable unit that doesnt require any plumbing and can be used in a camper it is incredibly good.
In my tests it reaches up to 25 TDS of purified water.

I wasn't sure I was going to like this water filter especially considering the price but since we are renting right now I could not get a version to drill into the marble a for a water filter. Turns out this machine is pretty prosen and we are excited about the super clean tasting water. Would buy again

Great product for everyday use. Love the fact that we can see how much life remaining on the filters.
Charlotte
I have owned the product for a week and i'm happy with it.
Originally i bought a TDS tester and start testing the water at home and the office.
Turns out that even though i don't really taste any odor in the office but the TDS value is pretty high(100~150ppm while my home is only 40~45ppm. I live in NY) and the water from the coffee machine is even worse(250ppm)
both water machine and coffee machine have a filter and changed regularly however turns out they are not very efficient.
After shop around on amazon, there are not much portable RO water filtration system in the market.
Frizzlife seems to have a slick design product and it was on sale (20% off) so i decided to give it a shot.
Overall i'm very happy with this product but keep in mind the following,
1. It has a pump to help expedite the water filtration the water flow is fast but it does make some noise when the pump is working. it is not loud but noticeable.
2. The description says the pure water vs drain water is 5:1. It's because it's one tank design. The drain water cycle back to the tank for re-filtration until the TDS value in the tank is high (300~400ppm) then the system will remind you to change water. to extend the filter's life, i would suggest to change the water before the system remind you.
Thing I mentioned above happened on other portable one tank design RO filter products too. they don't really consider as Cons to me but just want to make sure you guys are aware of it.

I was looking for an easy to install and compact water filtration system that required minimal or no plumbing as I am renting a house at the moment and we cannot drill holes or change the pipes without landlord's approval. This unit is compact and aesthetically pleasing. It sits in a corner and doesn't take up a lot of space. There is no plumbing required as you simply pour tap water in a it's tank that gets filtered by the machine. It is also using Reverse Osmosis to filter water and the water tastes very neutral.
The packaging was very extensive; there was a box within a box, and a bag in the second box, along with air cushions that took up a lot of room. They could have made the packaging smaller, although I am glad the machine works out of the box.
I also appreciate the filter status and TDS meter right on the LCD screen which shows ppm going in and out of the filter. You can also change the quantity of water that gets dispensed. The power cord is also very long, which can be useful in some situations - I didn't need a long wire though.
There is still some room for improvement on this filtration system. The following things aren't really a big concern for me but would be nice to have:
1) The front of the system is a finger print magnet. I would have preferred a matte finish on the front.
2) The LCD screen doesn't show how much water is left before the tanks need to be refilled.
3) The only part that made this machine less usable is the touch screen LCD button design. I like these buttons but the older members in my household have a difficult time pressing them as they suffer from arthritis in their hands. If there were move responsive buttons - something similar to how touch screens work in our phones - then it would be much easier to use for older members.
Overall I am very happy with the system and it was worth the money. We have clean drinking water and I had to zero plumbing.

We have a RO unit at our house for drinking water and have been looking for a way to have RO-filtered water when we camp. The problem is the waste water that usually runs when the RO unit is working. Its not practical to let the water run constantly on the ground or into our holding tank in the camper. The Frizzlife RO unit is perfect for our camper because it collects the waste water into the little bucket inside the unit and then we can pour the waste water outside.
The setup was easy, but we did encounter one issue when flushing for first use. When we removed the bucket with waste water, the water started running out of the bottom of the bucket. We had to dry out the inside of the unit before putting the bucket back into the chamber. The connection of the bucket to the unit looks similar to how a Keurig water tank connects to the coffee machine. We were able to fix the stuck spring with a toothpick and it is working fine now. We did contact Frizzlife and heard back from them within hours.
The unit works by re-filtering the same water. As the water is filtered more-and-more, the bucket of water inside the unit becomes the waste water. The unit comes with a TDS display on the front so we checked the accuracy of it with the TDS pen we use for our home RO. Our tap water is 234. The glass of filtered water dispensed from the Frizzlife was 32a huge reduction in TDS. The reading on the Frizzlife display was 35.
Pros: No need to connect water lines. Portable unit and I could also see us using this as an emergency water filter in natural disaster (think earthquake). Filters are easy-to-install and replace. The extra parts needed are all stored in the back compartment with the cartridges. It fills a glass of water quickly. Customer service is quick.
Cons: For the camper, it would be nice if the unit ran on 12V. Instead, it comes with a small transformers that is 24V. The 12V would also mean it would work with our Yeti solar generator.
