Organizer & Scope

1.This Program is organized by Frizzlife.

2.These Terms apply to all users who register, pass the review, complete designated purchases through the Program, and participate in content creation (“Participants”).

Eligibility & Registration Requirements

1.Participants must submit complete and truthful registration information, including:

   · Photos of their existing RO machine

   · Selected social media platforms

   · Corresponding social media account information

   · Contact email

2.Photos submitted must be owned or taken by the Participant. Using stolen or unauthorized images is strictly prohibited.

3.Submitting the registration form does not guarantee acceptance. All entries are subject to manual review by the Organizer.

Review Process & Quota Allocation

1.The Organizer reserves full discretion regarding approval results.

2.Benefits are awarded based on approval order, not submission order:

     · First 30 approved Participants: 100% off (free order) code

3.Participants who fail the review may reapply after submitting additional or corrected information.

Purchase Method & Discount Code Usage 

1.Approved Participants will receive:

     · A private Shopify purchase link

     · A unique, single-use discount code

2.Discount codes are strictly non-transferable, and may not be sold, shared, published, or used by anyone other than the approved Participant.

3.Any misuse—including reselling, unauthorized sharing, or abnormal ordering behavior—may result in disqualification and further action.

Content Creation & Material Submission

1.After receiving the M800 product, Participants are required to produce the following (“Creation Materials”):

     · Unboxing video/photos

     · Usage experience content

     · Optional comparison featuring their old RO machine

2.All materials must be submitted to the Organizer for review prior to publication.

3.Participants guarantee that all content is original and does not infringe the rights of any third party.

4.Participants grant the Organizer a global, perpetual, royalty-free license to use their content in marketing materials, including advertising, website displays, and social

media.

Required Publication Date

Participants must post the officially approved content on the social media platform they chose during registration within two weeks after receiving the goods.

Violations & Penalties

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel participation, revoke benefits, or take further action in the event of:

     · Submission of false information or unauthorized photos

     · Sharing, reselling, or abusing discount codes

     · Failure to submit creation materials or publish content as required

     · Content that is infringing, illegal, harmful, deceptive, or violates platform policies

     · Any other behavior deemed inappropriate or harmful to the Program

Privacy Protection

1.The Organizer will protect Participants’ personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

2.Personal information will be used solely for Program administration and will not be sold or unlawfully shared with third parties.

Program Adjustments & Final Interpretation

1.The Organizer reserves the right to modify Program content, quotas, timelines, or Terms due to unforeseen circumstances or operational needs.

2.The Organizer retains the final right of interpretation regarding the Program and these Terms.
