Add a Filtered Handheld Shower Without Replacing Your Fixed Showerhead

The Frizzlife K45 + HS04-B combines a dual-outlet shower filter with an included 3-mode handheld showerhead. Connect your existing fixed or rainfall showerhead to one outlet and the new handheld sprayer to the other. Both receive water filtered through the same replaceable cartridge.

The handheld showerhead is included; the fixed showerhead is not. Need a matching fixed head too? Explore the K45 + HS04 + TS04-B complete shower bundle. Already have both showerheads? See the K45-B filter-only option.

Pulse Mode A more concentrated stream for targeted rinsing.

Chlorine-Reduction Filtration

KDF-55 and Calcium Sulfite for Filtered Hot Shower Water

The K45 cartridge contains 210 g of KDF-55 and calcium sulfite filtration media to help reduce free available chlorine in hot shower water. Chlorine-reduction performance has been tested by SGS to NSF/ANSI 177. This is performance testing, not a claim that the complete product is NSF-certified.

KDF-55 Filter Media Works as part of the cartridge's chlorine-reduction blend.
Calcium Sulfite Media Supports chlorine reduction under shower-water conditions.
Filtered Water at Both Outlets The water passes through the cartridge before it splits.
SGS Performance Testing Tested to NSF/ANSI 177 for free available chlorine reduction.

A More Comfortable Daily Rinse with Less Chlorine

For households concerned about chlorine in shower water, this dual-outlet shower filter makes it easy to use chlorine-reduced water for bathing, shampooing and everyday rinsing. It can also be useful in hard-water areas where chlorine is a separate concern, but it does not remove hardness minerals or soften water.

Everyday Skin Rinsing Use water treated to reduce free available chlorine.
Hair and Scalp Routines Shampoo and rinse with chlorine-reduced shower water.

FAQ

Is a fixed showerhead included with K45+HS04-B?

No. K45+HS04-B includes a dual-outlet shower filter and a 3-mode handheld showerhead, but not a fixed or rainfall showerhead. You can keep your existing compatible fixed showerhead or choose a complete shower bundle if you need both heads.

Can I use K45+HS04-B with my existing showerhead?

Yes. K45+HS04-B is designed to work with an existing compatible fixed or rainfall showerhead. The dual-outlet unit connects your existing showerhead and the included handheld sprayer to one filtration system. Check your shower connections for compatibility before purchasing.

Does the filter provide filtered water to both showerheads?

Yes. Water passes through the K45 filtration cartridge before reaching either outlet. Both your existing fixed showerhead and the included handheld sprayer receive chlorine-reduced water from the same filter cartridge.

Can I use both showerheads at the same time?

Yes. The dual-outlet design allows you to use the fixed showerhead, handheld sprayer, or both together. Actual water pressure and spray performance depend on your home's water supply and whether both outlets are running simultaneously.

What spray settings does the handheld showerhead offer?

The included handheld showerhead features three spray modes: Rain for everyday coverage, Pulse for a focused spray, and Mixed for a balanced rinse. These settings make it convenient for showering, washing hair, bathing children, rinsing pets, and cleaning the bathtub.

Does K45+HS04-B soften hard water or remove chlorine?

K45+HS04-B uses KDF-55 and calcium sulfite filtration media to help reduce free available chlorine in shower water, including hot water. However, it does not remove the calcium and magnesium minerals responsible for water hardness, so it should not be used as a substitute for a water softener.

How often should I replace the shower filter cartridge?

The K45 cartridge lasts up to three months, depending on water quality, shower frequency, and water usage. Both shower outlets share one replaceable cartridge, so you only need to maintain one filter rather than separate filters for each showerhead.

Customer Reviews

Overall rating: 5.0 / 5 from 10 reviews.

Nice combination of a shower filter and handheld sprayer. I was looking for something that wouldn't require changing the entire shower arrangement, and this design makes sense. The different spray options are practical, and having the handheld available makes rinsing the tub much easier.

Frizzlife Dual-Outlet Black Shower Filter with 3-Mode Handheld – K45+HS04-B

The handheld showerhead has been a really convenient addition to our bathroom. I use the gentler spray for everyday showers and the stronger setting when I need a more focused rinse. The black finish looks great, and I like that both outlets share the same replaceable filter cartridge.

Frizzlife Dual-Outlet Black Shower Filter with 3-Mode Handheld – K45+HS04-B

The installation took a little attention, but the included accessories made the process manageable. I especially appreciate being able to keep my original fixed showerhead. The handheld attachment feels like a practical addition rather than something I only use occasionally.
