key Features
[Dual-Detection Leak Protection for Your Whole Home] The Frizzlife LPG365-3S combines ultrasonic whole-home flow monitoring with three wireless leak sensors. The main valve monitors water flow for hidden pipe leaks and unusual water use, while the sensors protect high-risk areas such as the water heater, laundry room, kitchen, bathroom, basement and under-sink cabinets.
[Detects Micro Leaks Down to 0.01 GPM] Industrial-grade ultrasonic technology detects flow changes as small as 0.01 GPM, helping identify slow drips, running toilets, partially open faucets and hidden plumbing leaks. When a leak risk is detected, the system can automatically shut off the main water supply to help limit water damage.
[3 Long-Range LoRa Leak Sensors] Place the three included sensors near appliances, fixtures and other leak-prone areas. Long-range LoRa communication provides a stable sensor-to-valve connection across larger homes and allows a triggered sensor to send a direct shutoff signal to the main valve.
[Remote Control and Multi-Channel Leak Alerts] Use the Frizzlife app to open or close the valve remotely, check system status and receive real-time alerts. Notifications can be delivered through the app, SMS and phone calls, helping you respond even when you are away from home. The system supports both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi.
[Real-Time Water Monitoring and Usage Reports] Track current water flow, water temperature and household water consumption from the app. Daily water usage reports make it easier to identify unusual patterns, understand consumption habits and respond to potential leaks sooner.
[Fits 3/4-Inch and 1-Inch Water Lines] The LPG365-3S is designed for both 3/4-inch and 1-inch residential water pipes. The package includes the main shutoff system, three leak sensors, 3/4-inch adapters, power cable, plug and plumbing tape. Professional installation is recommended.
Whole-Home Smart Leak Protection
Dual-Detection Water Leak Protection with Automatic Shutoff
The Frizzlife LPG365-3S smart water monitor combines ultrasonic monitoring at your main water line with three included wireless leak sensors. Together, they help identify abnormal household water flow and water collecting in leak-prone areas.
When a leak condition is detected and protection is enabled, the system can automatically close the main valve to help limit further water damage. This model tracks water flow and pipe temperature—not pipe pressure.

Real-Time Water Monitoring
Track Household Water Flow and Pipe Temperature
Installed on your home's main water supply line, the Frizzlife LPG365-3S uses ultrasonic sensing to monitor water flow across the household. Unlike the LPG365-P-3S pressure-monitoring variant, this model tracks water flow and pipe temperature.
View current water information and daily usage reports in the Frizzlife app, helping you spot unexpected consumption patterns. Connected features support both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi.

2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi-Fi support
Two Ways to Detect Leaks
Automatic Shutoff from Pipe Flow or Wireless Sensors
The main shutoff unit looks for unusual water use and potential hidden plumbing leaks. Separately, a wireless sensor can detect water near an appliance, pipe connection, or fixture.
A triggered sensor can send a shutoff signal directly to the valve through its LoRa connection, providing a second detection method beyond whole-home flow monitoring.
Detects abnormal flow at the main line
Responds to standing water at sensor locations
Sensor-to-valve LoRa communication
Helps reduce continued water flow after detection
Stay Informed Away from Home
Real-Time Water Leak Alerts on Your Phone
Receive a warning when the LPG365-3S identifies a potential leak or abnormal water activity. Notifications help you check the situation promptly, whether you are at home, at work, or traveling.
The Frizzlife system supports app notifications, SMS, and phone-call alerts. Availability and delivery depend on device settings, network connectivity, and the notification services in use.
App leak alerts
SMS notification support
Phone-call alert support

Watering and High-Use Schedules
Schedule Protection Around Irrigation and Other Planned Water Use
Large but expected water use—such as scheduled irrigation—can resemble an unusual flow event. Protection timer settings let you schedule periods when flow-based protection is paused, helping reduce unnecessary alarms during known high-use activities.
Choose scheduled exceptions carefully: flow-based leak monitoring and automatic response may be reduced during those periods. Keep protection enabled whenever it is needed.
Programmable protection timer
Useful for planned irrigation cycles
Helps manage nuisance alarms
Protection settings remain under your control
Personalized Leak Settings
Adjust Water Leak Protection to Your Household
Households have different water-use routines. LPG365-3S provides selectable protection modes and advanced settings through the Frizzlife app so that you can tailor monitoring to everyday needs.
Review and adjust settings after installation to suit your plumbing system and normal water consumption.

Wireless Leak Sensor Management
Monitor the Three Included Water Leak Sensors in One App
Place the included wireless leak sensors beside leak-prone appliances or plumbing—such as a water heater, washing machine, kitchen sink, or basement equipment. The app lets you view the connected sensors and see when an alarm is reported.
You can prioritize the three areas most important to your home without relying on flow monitoring alone.
3 sensors included in the package
Sensor status visible in the app
Ideal for appliance and under-sink areas
Alerts identify affected sensor locations
Ultrasonic Flow Detection
Detect Small Water Leaks Down to 0.01 GPM
Industrial-grade ultrasonic monitoring detects water flow as low as 0.01 gallons per minute (GPM), helping reveal subtle changes from slow drips, running toilets, partially open faucets, and hidden pipe leaks.
Unlike a traditional turbine-style meter, ultrasonic sensing uses a non-mechanical approach to measure water flow. Actual leak response depends on conditions and configured protection settings.
Detection sensitivity down to 0.01 GPM
Ultrasonic flow measurement
Helps flag unexpected continuous flow
No turbine-style sensing mechanism
Long-Range LoRa Connection
Wireless Leak Sensors for Multi-Room and Multi-Level Homes
LoRa wireless communication connects the leak sensors with the main water shutoff valve over long distances, making it practical to place sensors in separate bathrooms, laundry areas, and utility spaces.
Range depends on building materials, walls, floors, and the installation environment. Test the connection at each intended sensor location during setup.

This item has been amazing. Not only the peace of mind but, it makes me mindful of water usage. Meaning it will save me money. It was easy for me yo set up. We had a plumber install it.
I am reviewing the Frizzlife LPG365 Smart Water Auto Shutoff Valve W/ 3 Leak Sensors, 100% Dual Detection- 0.01GPM Ultrasonic Micro Leak Detector & Sensor-Triggered Shutoff, App Control, Flow & Temp Monitor,Fits 3/4"&1". We have a rental cabin and last winter we had a leak. The leak continued for 3 days until a Housecleaner came to clean and found the damage downstairs. We hired a plumber to install the system. There are 3 sensors and an automatic shut off if a leak is detected. I like that there is a mobile app, which my husband installed on his phone for the notifications if a leak is detected. This system is very nicely done and gives me piece of mind because if there is another leak, the system will shut down the water flow. The plumber reported it took him 2 1/2 hours to install. He also said he was going to start recommending this system to other clients.
We travel a lot, so one of my biggest concerns is coming home to find a leak that has been running for days. That's exactly why I picked up the Frizzlife LPG365, and it's given me a lot of peace of mind.
The installation was straightforward, and I really like that it comes with multiple wireless leak sensors to place in the areas that matter most. I put them near the water heater, under the kitchen sink, and by the washing machine. Knowing the system can automatically shut off the water if a leak is detected is a huge advantage when we're hundreds of miles away.
The app has been easy to use and lets me check on the system from anywhere. I also appreciate receiving real-time alerts instead of wondering what's happening at home while we're on the road. The ultrasonic flow monitoring is another great feature since it can detect even small leaks that might otherwise go unnoticed before they become expensive repairs.
The build quality feels excellent, and it's reassuring that the components are NSF certified for water safety. Overall, this is one of those smart home upgrades you hope you never have to rely on, but you'll be glad it's there if something goes wrong. If you travel frequently or simply want extra protection against water damage, this system is well worth considering.
This is my fourth Frizzlife product, and I continue to be impressed. I have previously used several of their water filtration systems, and they have all been excellent.
I've had water leak detectors in my home for quite some time, but having them paired with an automatic shutoff valve provides tremendous peace of mind.
I'm pretty handy, so I installed the system myself, including the recommended bypass plumbing. Within 30 minutes of installation, it detected a small leak in my crawl space that I hadn't even noticed.
For the price, the app's ease of use, and the solid build quality, I couldn't be more impressed. I highly recommend it. As an added bonus, my homeowners insurance premium actually went down as well.
We recently had a couple large leaks occur in our home within a few months. The first one was caused by our old outdoor faucet connection due to winter damage. It took about 2 days to realize we had about 2 inches of water in our basement which ended up doing some major damage. The second one was under our kitchen sink which was caused by a damaged leaking disposal unit which again took a few days to realize a leak has occurred.
After studying all of the water detection units we can find, this Frizzlife LPG365 came up the winner. This unit has every leak detection function you will ever need. It comes with 3 sensors that can be put anywhere you require monitoring and it has an easy to install device that you connect to your main water line. Connectivity is a breeze. Instructions are very easy to follow. It literally took me less than a couple hours to connect and test everything. If a leak is detected the valve will automatically shut off to protect your home from further damage. You can also manually open and close the valves whenever needed. The hardware is very well made. Very solid and heavily constructioned device. Unit provides water flow info, water temperature, history information of the sensors and more.
The sensors themselves make a very piercing beeping sound when water detection occurs as well as provide app information to your cell phone. The sensors are battery operated, but battery level is continually monitored by the app. This device is top notch. Everything you need to know to protect your home from water damage is now in the palm of your hands. For what this device is accomplishing, I can honestly say that it is worth every penny.
You may want to use a professional plumber if you don't feel comfortable in installing it yourself. I'm checking with my home insurance plan if I get a discount now that I have this device.
My wife and I travel a lot, and we've gradually been incorporating a lot of 'Smart Home' tech in the house to enable us to monitor our home remotely during our long absences. We'd added the cameras, locks, thermostat and lighting, but this was sort of a next-level solution we added to the water system. In addition to providing ample live data regards water usage, this gives us a whole new level of peace of mind when it comes to water issues. We've invested several thousands of dollars into the remodel, so knowing our investment won't be damaged by a water leak makes us feel a lot better.
The unit itself works great. Installation isn't difficult, per se, but it requires above-average plumbing skills. Once installed, it connects easily to your home wifi, and the app installs and connects easily. The unit is very sensitive, and it's easy to configure and work with. The alarm is amply loud, and the entire system is highly compatible with out existing smart home ecosystem. We've been very happy with it. It's not cheap, but it gives you a whole new level of insight and control of your home's water system.
Luckily I havent had to test this. But my husband installed it (got no pictures) into a rental house that is vacant in between tenants once in a while. This gives me peace of mind I can monitor the basement where the hot water heater and other critical home appliances are. I used to live full time in that house and within a month of moving in, the main water copper pipe blew out and I was out of town. My townhouse neighbor had to call me once she saw flooding coming into her conjoined walkout basement. So I didnt just flood my own townhome, but my neighbor's as well. If she wasnt home, it would have been an even bigger claim!
I bought this system to replace an old system I had had for many many years that used older technology. After getting this system installed by a professional plumber it immediately notified me of a leak which was wasting upwards of 50 gallons of water every 24 hours. After a little investigation, I was able to determine it was both the fill valve and the flapper valve in one of the toilets. The system has only been installed for about a week but so far I’m extremely impressed with this ability to identify very very minor leaks, which add up to a significant amount of water over many hours. So far, I’m extremely pleased with the product. Just be aware that even if the app indicates there is no flow you can still have a leak which has an intermittent flow so it’s important to run the leak test.
Works great. Easy to install and less expensive than Moen version. Directions for connecting to Android Alexa were confusing, but eventually got it set up.
Amazing device. Worth its weight in gold. It automatically pinged my cell phone as soon as a leak was detected. I was even able to review water flow and see exactly when the sensor went off.
I opted to monitor the top three things that come to mind the most: under the kitchen sink, around the water heater, and the laundry room... once things were paired, this is set and forget. This provides tremendous peace of mind. It gives me real peace of mind knowing those high-risk areas are being watched even when I'm not home.
Install took an hour or so, and I don't have great experience with these sorts of installs. The instructions were detailed, so it was just tedious. If I had to go back in time, I would do this on every single one of my rental units. All future homes will be fitted this way to start.
The water monitor has been a stress relieving addition to our home and gives us much more peace of mind than relying on a standard shutoff valve alone. Installation was straightforward, and the app makes it easy to monitor water usage and receive alerts if something unusual is detected.
My favorite feature is the included wireless leak sensors. We placed them in our basement, under the dishwasher, and under the washing machine—three of the areas most likely to experience leaks. Knowing those spots are constantly being monitored is incredibly reassuring, especially when we're away from home. If a leak is detected, the system can automatically shut off the water before a small problem becomes a major one.
The app provides useful information about water flow and usage, making it easy to spot anything out of the ordinary. The ultrasonic monitoring adds another layer of protection by detecting even very small leaks that might otherwise go unnoticed.
The hardware feels well made, and everything included in the package appears to be high quality. Overall, this is an excellent investment for anyone looking to protect their home from costly water damage. The combination of smart monitoring, automatic shutoff, and strategically placed leak sensors makes this a system I would definitely recommend.
I was so blown away by this smart Water Monitor and automatic shut off. It's really saved me so much stress and given peace of mind with the leak alerts. I can't even fully comprehend how it works and using the flow rate of the water to determine when something is not right within the home. I've seen some pretty impressive stories, and while I'm thankful to have not experienced a leak firsthand. I'm glad to have this protection in place. It seems very sturdy and solid. It was easy to install. I'm especially glad to have this for whenever we travel. We have a number of trips coming up shortly, and I appreciate knowing that my home will be safe. The app is easy to navigate and fairly intuitive. Overall I am a blown away with the quality of this smart water monitor.
My cottage has old copper piping and I am terrified of leaks. It has been happening to my neighbours whose cottages were built around the same time, and the repercussions can be disastrous! Unfortunately, we're dealing with pinhole leaks, which are slow flowing. They present as a trickle so often get missed by leak detectors. This one is able to pick up on it when I simulated one at my tap.
After installation I opted to make it routine for me to close the valve through the app manually. I now turn on the water every time I visit and turn off every time I leave. I no longer have to go to the basement to do it, and if I forget to do it I can do it remotely.
This is perfect for my set up and if that was the only feature of this device offered I would be delighted. But there's more! Much more! The leak detection is a good backup for me. It will detect a major leak within a few seconds, and a minor leak will generate a report within an hour. You can have an act manually and shut off water when it suspected leak is taking place which is a great feature to have.
This is a high-quality remote valve with automatic leak detection. For $450 it is insurance against the catastrophic damage that can come from unexpected run away plumbing leaks. For that price it's one of the best value devices I've ever installed.
Install installation on my existing copper piping was quick and easy. You just need to have an outlet nearby. I chose to include a UPS battery to insured operates Ben when the power goes out.
I wanted this for peace of mind at a rental property, after having one from another manufacturer in my main residence for years. It does exactly what it’s supposed to do, but there’s one important design detail buyers should understand before committing. Installation is straightforward if you’re comfortable working on your main water line. If you’re not, hiring a plumber is money well spent. Once installed, the unit seems well made, the display is clear, and the included fittings are good quality. Even though the housing is plastic, nothing about it feels cheap or flimsy. Wi-Fi connection was painless, and the app paired quickly. I haven't had any leaks yet, so I turned on a tap to the smallest possible drip I could get, and the valve detected up slow, continuous water use, which was satisfying. Water usage reporting seems to be accurate when compared against my utility meter, and having daily and monthly data gives you a much better sense of how much water you are really using. The app works well enough. Its not ultra refined, but its functional. Now for the one drawback, and I wish this were mentioned more clearly in the product description. Unlike another smart water valve I own from a different manufacturer, this one does not have a built in manual override. If this valve were ever to fail in the closed position, there is no way to manually reopen it without plumbing around it. Because of that, I strongly recommend installing a manual bypass valve alongside this unit, and so do the directions. It’s not complicated, but it is extra plumbing that should be planned for. In my opinion, a system like this should include a manual operation option. That said, once installed properly with a bypass, this is an excellent layer of protection, especially for people who travel, have older plumbing, or want protection without putting leak sensors all over the house. It quietly does its job in the background, and that peace of mind is hard to put a price on. I can recommend it, with the caveat that you think through the installation properly and don’t skip the manual bypass. If you do that, it’s a very capable and reassuring system to have guarding your home.

?? I've been using this for a almost a week now. The ultrasonic leak detection is super sensitive; it even picked up a tiny leak that the plumber created just to test the device. I really appreciate that it automatically shuts off the water if anything goes wrong, which gives me a lot of peace of mind. The app takes a little getting used to, but I can check the water flow and temperature in real time, control the system from afar, and even view detailed reports on my water usage. I was glad to have a plumber I knew who could install this, and he mentioned that it should last quite a while given how it's built.
This ultrasonic monitor attaches to the main water line and detects flow rates as low as 0.01 GPM to identify pinhole leaks. The app provides real-time reports on water usage and temperature, which is helpful for monitoring a home's plumbing health. I found the remote shutoff feature to be responsive, closing the valve in about 5 seconds through the smartphone interface. However, the installation requires 1 inch of clear pipe on both sides of the unit, which can be difficult in tight utility closets. While the detection is accurate, the initial calibration took 3 hours to recognize the difference between a running faucet and a minor leak.
I’ve been using the Frizzlife Smart Water Monitor and Automatic Shutoff for a few days now, and it’s been a game-changer for my home. The ultrasonic leak detection is incredibly sensitive—it caught a tiny drip I never would have noticed on my own. I love that it automatically shuts off the water if something goes wrong, which gives me real peace of mind. The app is super handy too; I can check water flow and temperature in real time, control the system remotely, and even see detailed reports on my water usage. It works perfectly with my 3/4" connection, and while installation took some work, it was worth it. Overall, it’s accurate, reliable, and makes me feel like I’m in control of my home’s water system.
