Heats water very fast and is simple to set up and use. The child lock safety feature is a thoughtful touch and is great once you figure out how to use it. If I had one improvement suggestion, it would be to make the water spout movable. It is currently too close to the body of the machine, so I am unable to fit my teapot under it.

I drink tea in the morning and before bed. This hot water tank is perfect. It looks good on the bedside and it works perfect. Take 2 secs to heat the water. Love the simple child lock as well. I also love that the water is filtered.. the tea tastes great! Highly reccomend.

A little smaller than I anticipated. Had to calibrate the boiling point twice and getting used to the button sequence was a little awkward. But once I learned what it wanted me to do there was no problem. I put the filtered water into a picture in the refrigerator to keep it cold, and it was delightful, mountain fresh, no chemical taste that is usually in my water! I would recommend as a good entry level filtration unit.

Using it in our bathroom to fill up our netti pots every day. Rather than boiling water or getting the nasal cleansing bottles with a filter, nice to have this with ready to go water. Love the choice of temperature and can foresee daily use for a long time hopefully!

Really great product! Make sure you filter out the initial few filtered out water to ensure the best taste. Both slow and fast filter modes work great. The water taste great, wish they have one hotter water temperature option available but that��s personal preference as I love my water super hot. Overall really great experience with customer service too. They promptly address my questions and super helpful overall. I would recommend this to others for sure!

I bought this as the tap water in my apartment tastes overly chlorinated and I'm an avid tea drinker. This seemed the only product on the market that both filters water and serves as a water boiler. When I received the product, unboxing was a breeze as well as setup (read their instructions which require you to soak the filter for a couple minutes). In my excitement, I almost threw away the drip tray, which is on the INSIDE of the styrofoam box - customer service kindly reminded me of that! Also make sure to flush at least 2 containers worth of water before tasting. The taste? Amazing. Tastes just like how normal water should taste from the bottle. There's also 3 different temps - room temp, 170 degrees, and boiling. There's about a 2-3 second delay from when you touch the indicator to the dispenser - I don't mind at all as I'm used to waiting 5-10 minutes for my water boiler. Now, I have warm to hot water when I want it. There��s a child lock which is a nifty safety feature - although my partner held it down to turn it off as we don't need it. For a 1-2 person household, we refill the water tank anywhere from 1-4 times a day depending on usage. It's a minor inconvenience for the convenience to my life this device brings! Also, the design is quite sleek. We are very particular about what gets a spot on the counter space and this clear / white design definitely makes the cut. I took off the hot sticker on the front of the product which makes it look a bit cleaner imo. Overall, we��ve had this for about a month and use it everyday. It is a life changer. Only time will tell how this product holds up but I am so very, very happy with this product.

Is it easy to easy to setup. The multiple temperature functions keep my kitchen countertop form overcrowding with water jugs and kettle. The only downsize if is the speed of water dispenser. Wish it dispense water faster.

Great buy! Bought to replace (3x owner of) rusted old zojirushi hot water boiler dispenser. This product heats up the water as you need to 3 different temperatures. In morning, I like warm water and in past I had to mix cold water with boiling water from old pot. This is an amazing, compact hot water dispenser which also filters the water. Easy to setup and use, two cup size options but can stop any time so water doesn't overflow. Quick and fresh boiled water with no reboiled, stale taste!

Nice design and small footprint on my counter. Only heats the water that is being dispensed, unlike other boiler pots and kettles. We use it for drinks and to make the dog's special food that needs warm water. No more microwaving or boiling water on the stove!

Let me start by saying there is a lot to like about this hot water unit. It's compact, has a safety lock feature, and gives three different temperatures of hot water. Plus it's filtered so you don't need to pre-filter the water.Setup was pretty straightforward. My unit came wet on the inside, so I'm attributing that to leak testing and not getting wiped out as all other items were sealed. Once you plug the unit into an outlet you'll see that it's locked and only allows room temp water. By pressing the lock button the unit becomes "unlocked" and will allow all selections.It's very important to understand what an instant hot water machine will do vs. an electric kettle. With the latter you'll get roaring boiling water that is very hot from kettle to cup. An instant hot water machine like this will give you "mostly" hot water depending on the temperature of the water in the tank and the temperature of the cup.When I used tap cold water, and a room temp cup I got consistently lower temp end results than the manual. If you allow the water in the tank to reach room temp, and run a cycle into the cup to warm the cup first, you'll get better results. Once I did that I achieved better end temperatures, but not quite the as hot as the manual in the cup (as can be seen in the photos).The machine will also give two automated volumes to dispense depending on the button press. I found this to be nice, but gave 1 to 2oz less than the manual 10oz had documented. I would use the button once to get close, and again (with a second press to stop) to top off the cup.For the house with a lot of one cup needs (bag tea, instant oatmeal, instant ramen, etc.) this is faster than both a kettle boil and the microwave, and would be a nice countertop appliance.

This machine is a nice addition to my kitchen. My parents are always wanting warm/hot water and have had to use the kettle all the time. This provides the right temperature water instantly. I find myself drinking tea more.The one thing I would change is possibly to make the water storage tank glass or stainless steel. I've been working on getting rid of as many plastics as possible in my life. Well, at least the storage is at room temperature rather than at high temperature.

This small footprint hot filtered water dispenser is perfect for smaller kitchens or desks. Don��t let it��s size fool you, it heats up water really fast and has a surprisingly big water tank.
It fills up a tea cup in seconds at the perfect temperature every time. I am also using it to mix baby formula and it��s great at it! The child lock feature adds peace of mind if you have little ones.
When you run out of water, filling the removable tank back up is a kids game. Just grab the tank and go.
You can also change the filter settings to filter water faster or slower depending on the quality of tap water you are using. I haven��t seen a similar feature on similar products I��ve used in the past.
If you are looking to buy a hot water dispenser, I strongly suggest you get this one. You won��t be disappointed!

This product is great for use in my kitchen! I love the water filtration feature because the water tastes great. I also like that the filter doesn��t take out any minerals from the water such as magnesium. This water system is so compact and sleek looking, it practically camouflages in my kitchen. I like that it has multiple water heating settings, such as, room temperature, warm, hot, and boiling water. I use it to make my coffee and tea! In the past I��ve had to use the water heater kettles. What��s so bad about that is that you have to wait a few minutes for the water to boil up also on a lot of water kettles you don��t get to choose which temperature you want. With a Frizzlife instant hot water dispenser and water filtration system, the system filters water, and heats the water to your desired temperature in three seconds! I also love that the system doesn��t reheat the water. This system is perfect for my needs and this device will be a permanent resident in my home kitchen! Great job Frizzlife!

I bought the frizzlife under sink water filter system in 2020. We live in a rural area and the water here had a strong mineral taste nothing to serious but it made it difficult to reach for a glass of water over bottled water or juice. But now since we've installed it our water is great tasting. The best part is we havent even had to change the filter yet.. The unit was affordable easy to install and works awesomely.. Cant wait to get my new t900 hot water filtered dispener for my on the go coffee.

I already use Frizzlife under sink 5 stage water filtration system and i have been so impressed with its ease of use, simplicity and better quality as compared to other brands available in the marketas we all know drinking warm water specifically during fall and winter has some health benefits until now I have been using an electric kettle to boil and drink water until I came across this product which instantly warm the water at the temperature you like and does not re boil again and again I'll be using it in my office but I'm currently working from home so I can't have a room temperature water always ready to drink I highly recommend this product great work frizze life
