A tankless reverse osmosis system is a water filtration system which filters water without using a storage tank. While the conventional RO systems come with a tank in which the filtered water is stored, the tankless systems work on the demand basis.
The tankless RO system employs high pressure pumps that draw water through several filtering processes. These stages usually consist of a sediment filter, a carbon filter and a reverse osmosis membrane. Thus, it provides you with pure water through your faucet, without having to wait for a tank to get filled up.
