Frizzlife is great, my customers love the ease of operation on all of the great water systems they provide. Customer service has always been on point and quick to respond when needed. Thanks you Frizzlife!
compact design with RO functions
I have had this for about a year now and would highly recommend this! We also purchased the pressure tank and the icemaker/refrigerator kit to go with it. I have hard well water, softened with a salt system (not good water for drinking or cooking with). We are amazed at how clean and soft the water is now using this RO system. This has the best tasting water and ice! Install was fairly easy, however we already had electrical imperative the sink for a garbage disposal. If you do not already have an electrical outlet under the sink, it would add another step to installation (requiring an electrician).
Some handy work required, configuration of the system itself is easy and looks efficient.
Recently installed.installation was pretty easy and instructions are well written
Overall great product, The TDS of the water dropped from 350+ to 14. I started having some issues with the device after 4 months of use so reached out to the customer service via email. They were responsive and sent me a replacement within a week.
This tankless drinking water filtration system is well worth the money . It cleans our water it taste" a lot better than before. We have city water before we got this water tank system our water tasted like Bleach water all the time. Now it is clean fresh water . Would highly remain it.
Seems to be excellent product till now . Would approve of others buying it
We are very satisfied with PD400 system, it is compact, easy to install, and works very well. Immediately upon installation, we noticed small water leak from TAM3. We contacted customer service and were
impressed with kindness and responsiveness of Emily in handling this issue. We received new TAM3 next day and was so easy to replace the existing one. There was no water leak any more. We highly recommend PD400 system.
This is a compact tankless RO system, so we got it for our RV. Before I get into this review, let me just say that the water is good. Total dissolved solids is lower that dassani bottled water after you let it run for a bit. Taste wise: perfect, no complaints.
Now, for RV use; There are a few problems with this thing in an RV.
Problem one: I had planned to put the box component inside of a cabinet, but what the heck? It's got buttons and lights! The front panel needs to be exposed.
Problem two: the lights are bright blue, exactly what you DON'T want to look at during the night. Well, I figured I'll just put it on a switch, turn off the power, turn off the lights. Great... ish.
Problem three: Every time this thing looses power, it pumps rinse water down the drain for 30 seconds when the power is restored. As water use is a huge issue in an RV, loosing that water every day is less that optimum.
Conclusion: This is a low waste tankless RO system that produces good water, but is problematic in a motorhome installation. If you are looking for your motorhome, I would advise checking other options. We'll replace this one at some point in the future (when it need filters?) if I can find a better solution.
I don't hate it, but then I don't like it.
Easy replacement to the expensive crap from Rainsoft
super easy to install.. small footprint. A water test meter was included. My total dissolved solids went from 445 to 40. the water flow is good. this is exactly what i was looking for.. so far.. very good!
Great tasting water and install in around 30 minutes.
Installation was a breeze and the water TDS has gone from 629 to 15!
Well thought out product. Easy installation with DIY kit. Overall great product.
I replaced a 14 year old 5 stage RO that required 2 pressure tanks to run my stand-alone clear ice maker (we use a lot of ice). The tanks on the old system were no longer maintaining pressure and the old 10 gallon per day system was just not getting the job done . Found this system a d after reading reviews gave it a shot. Best investment I’ve made in years!!! First, it works perfectly and my solids dropped to 005ppm - unreal. Second, the only hard part of the installation was ripping out the old system. Frizzlife provides LITERALLY EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN THE PACKAGE! I used a different valve because of the weird plumbing in my house but other than that it was all there.
Here’s the best part - after 3 days it start d making a “dinging” sound during its cycle, like a bell. I contacted there customer support, got an immediate response, and they sent me a mini tank that they felt would fix the problem at no charge! I installed it today and the system is now perfect - no ringing, instant water, substantial stream and my ice maker is running like a top. I told my neighbor about it (we all have water problems here) and he also bought one and loves it. Couldn’t be happier - and I got an entire cabinet back!
We love the product. The tankless design is perfect and the product has great quality.
Great tasting water would definitely recommend to a friend and friendly customer service.

So far so good, water splitter is leaking so have to replace it but overall easy install, great customer service though, i contacted them on sunday and they got back to me within an hour to clarify issue and resolve.
Easy install and was a great price. Thank you.
My water is from a well and it is also softened so I needed something to clean the water. This does a great job. I was up in the 400-500 ppm range now it's 0. This thing was easy to install and works like a charm. I also purchased the refrigerator tee/mini tank and line so I can get my water and ice at the refrigerator. The mini tank is crucial if the water is going far. It puts less strain on the system. Great company! 10/10
Great product , water tastes great! Product so goos I ordered 2 of them for the house
Good so far, great not to have a tank, easy install
Easy to install. Water tastes great!
First unit was leaking so I contacted customer service and after sending picture at their request they had Amazon send a new unit. Customer support is awesome re commend this company. Test with TDS from sink 197 and from R.O. 013 unit does a great job.
I like it.
Size, water production
Our water has alot of minerals and calcium and my health requires better water
We bought this ro unit to replace an undersink 3 stage non ro filter system that was not working as advertised. The quality and taste of the water from the Frizzlife unit is excellent and it fits easily in the undersink cabinet.
The system is, so far, very good. The tester shows value of 40 for my tap water, and bout 7 for filtered water. It's tankless and well design that saves a lot of space under sink.
However, we need to consider of using it directly for the refrigerator (drinking water). It seems like the pressure from the system is not strong enough to push the filtered water through the refrigerator. Without the mini tank installed, the water from refrigerator will be pause and run frequently. With the mini tank installed, water drips out continuously but slow.
I am writing this to remind you to not try as I have done as above. It would waste your time since the system was designed for under sink.
Everything was included in the shipment, and was easy to install. Got rid of all the harmful beasties in the water, and tastes great. Takes up much less room under the sink than the tank-type system. Glad I made the purchase...
Love the ease of installation. The system is great it eliminates the big tank under the sink. Filters are easy to change out.
Easy to install and use
Great RO System! Love the sleek design and how it filters water. I no longer have to go fill up my 5 gallon bottles! Love it!
The instructions were easy to follow, which made the installation a breeze. Anyone can do it, even drilling the hole through granite. Just remember to hold the drill firmly and let the drill do the work. Start the drill before putting it on the granite at a 45 degree angle, if you start it after touching the granite, it will move and mess your countertop up. I did a dry fit first, since I have a garbage disposal and I had to turn it to the side. Then I drilled the hole, assembled the faucet and connected its hose, connected all other hoses and connectors, and finally set the system under the sink and attached hoses to it last. Turned on the water, connected power, then verified no leaks. Great tasting water with nearly no contamination and the water flow is good - no need fir the mini-tank.
Product easy to installed and to use. I do recommend the system since it's working as expected.
The Frizzlife was perfect for me. Takes up little room under the sink..Filter will be easy to change. And it will alert me when it needs changing. The water flow is slow,if that is an issue for you ,there is a small pump to help with that.
I like the design and space saving! The quality of water is very good! After the winter storm in Texas, which is the coldest winter in Texas since 1900, many public water pipe were bursted and caused contamination of the tap water! However, after I replaced the filters, the water quality came back to its original clean condition! It is the the best quality of water I have ever enjoyed! The vendor also provided best service and support too!
Easy to install
Everything needed in box
Nice design and easy to install.
Love this system! Coming from an old-school 5-stage RO system with the tank under the sink, this one is far superior. Easier to install, takes up much less room, produces water indefinitely (vs. a couple gallons from the tank before you have to wait for it to rebuild), and much less wastewater is produced. Annual filter cost seems to be roughly comparable except being much easier to install on this one. As long as you have an electrical outlet available, this is the RO system to get. Oh, and the faucet is beautiful as well!

When I received this product, the box was huge, so I was a bit intimidated. I was able to find a video on YouTube where I paused as needed. Install was easy, water taste great, the price was right. I would recommend this product to anyone. It requires power, so you will need to install an outlet or get an extension cord to an outlet. It moans so if you're not scared of a little moaning at night in the dark in the kitchen then you're good.
Just completed the installation. It was simple and easy install. I’m looking forward to enjoying the reverse osmosis tankless system. So far I like it.
Easy to install, plenty of spare little parts (such as the clips and orings), the little faucet included is very nice and the amount of space I cleared up under my sink from my old RO system is a game changer. The faucet is able to stay on without holding down on the valve like my previous one, which is fantastic.
I've had 2 RO systems from one of the top brands before, had nothing but problems... eventually had to get rid of both of them. I've spent many hours on research and thankfully I picked this system as a replacement, it's just wonderful, very well built, compact and super easy to install and maintain, fully recommend! Thank you Frizzlife!
I have lived in Santa Clara for 20 years and the taste of the drinking water is bad. I have installed several under-sink water filter systems, but I am impressed with this model which can be considered the top of line. It looks great and there is no bulky tank anymore. The package is nicely packed with all the necessary pipe adapters, tubes and even a cutting blade. I don’t need to get any adapter kit from hardware store. Installation guide is clear and easy to follow. The tubes are color coded. The pump in the unit is quiet. All in all I am very impressed with this RO filter so far and expect it to service us for a long time.
I really like these higher rated GPD RO membranes that can produce enough water flow to not need a storage tank. It is one less component that will need maintenance. I have a 2 gallon storage tank x3 in my system for a total of 9 gallons of stored water. I periodically have to check the internal air pressure of each tank and make sure it is close to the system water pressure. If it is low I have to add air. They do get lower in pressure after a year or two and the internal air bladder will eventually fail and the tank will need replacing. Going tankless is a great idea. The only down side to them is that you will still need a tank for them to work with refrigerators. There needs to be pressurized water at the refrigerator for most brands in order for them to dispense properly. Frizzlife currently doesn't have their MWT3 available on Amazon. You can of course use another brand and tank if you want. If you are not connecting to a refrigerator then you won't need a tank at all. I have been testing the 400 GPD version but would recommend the 500 or even 600 GPD for even better water flow. I like the quality of this kit. It also seems to be a good value too. 5 stars.
I decided to buy the Frizzlife Reverse Osmosis System for my aunt because after checking the water in her house we found out that it was worse than in my house (in my sink). She should have very clean water because her house is connected to the pipe from the mountain area. Unfortunately, it is not. I recommended her the RO system because I have one in my house (and I am extremely happy about it) so after putting it together she can finally taste pure water (if you drink the water from the sink and from the RO system you can taste the difference - RO does not taste, it is pure with minerals, compared to tap water). Thank you again and I recommend it to anyone. Get the machine, save money on bottled water, and stay healthy.
Get the job done
Setup was a breeze after watching the video online. In total from unboxing to install took about 15 minutes. I dont have a lot of space under my sink and this compact design is awesome. Im getting good pressure so I took the opportunity to split the connection to my ice maker which was well worth it as my ice now tastes great.
Our water has a high level of chlorine and iron in it and this system takes all of it out. I was also able to install this myself with the help of the videos I found on their website, so if you are a do it yourself type of person, you should be able to handle this with no problems. I calculated the cost to run this from how much I pay for filters each year and it works out to about 27 cents per day, which is much cheaper than bottled water. If there is one thing I love Its pure clean filtered water.
We originally had the traditional tank RO system from a company that charged us 25$ a month and never replaced filters on time. we changed to Frizzlife tankless system, the system gave us a lot more room under the cabinet, the faucet is luxurious and nicer quality and the quality is noticeable. I installed it by myself by watching their YouTube video /Chanel and it was very simple. You do not need to be a Plummer to do it. it comes with extra hoses and connectors that you can use if you want. I purchase a connectors/ hoses extension kit for $8 that I used to split to the refrigerator Installation total time if you have all tools lined up (including a drill bit for the faucet and drain) is less than 20 minutes. the filters have a barcode to easy scan and order replacement and overall give you the assurance you network with a reputable company and not alone in this adventure. We also got the alkaline optional filter. overall flow rate is good and we use it a lot.
Just purchased this product, PD400 from Frizzlife, and will update once I have tested a bit. I was interested in this product due to the low cost and all the great reviews on the PD600 and because I reached out to Frizzlife on questions around attaching my fridge water and ice. And they have been very quick to respond, so A+ on their customer support. Here is the response they sent "The system can be work with fridge ice maker, it will need an IMC-1 ice maker kit for set up....your icemaker [hose] should not exceed 10-15feet...the outlet water pressure after RO filter is 14.5~29psi, please make sure it's good for your icemaker." I will update once I test!
