The reverse osmosis water filtration systems are guaranteed for 18 months at maximum for quality related issues.
Filter cartridges are considered as disposable items, thus are not covered by warranty.
All mechanical devices with moving parts have a normal life span and will need to be replaced periodically.
For this reason, mechanical devices, such as water fittings, hanging bracket, filter housing and faucet, have a limited replacement warranty of 1 year.
However, we would love to provide 150% warranty (i.e. 1.5-3 years) for our registered customers.
